Terms and Conditions

1. Agency Fees:

  • All agency fees are non-refundable, even in the event of trip cancellation. Once a booking is confirmed, our fees cover the time, effort, and expertise provided by the agency in planning and managing your travel arrangements.

2. Cancellations:

  • Clients are responsible for adhering to the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, and other service providers. Any refunds or credits from these third parties are subject to their terms and are not managed by the agency.
  • Our agency fee will not be refunded under any circumstances, including trip cancellations.

3. Booking Deadlines:

  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all bookings are made in a timely manner. We recommend booking as far in advance as possible to secure preferred travel dates, accommodations, and pricing.
  • Failure to meet booking deadlines may result in cancellation, higher costs, limited availability, or missed opportunities for reservations.

4. Responsibility at the Airport:

  • Once clients arrive at the airport, the agency's responsibility ends. We are not liable for issues that may arise with airlines, such as delays, cancellations, lost luggage, or other logistical problems.
  • While we will make every effort to assist clients with issues, we are not responsible for resolving matters that must be handled by airline customer service.

5. Travel Insurance:

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other disruptions.

6. Responsibility for Changes:

  • Any changes to bookings after confirmation, such as date or name changes, are subject to the policies of the service providers. Any additional costs associated with these changes will be the client’s responsibility.

7. Client Information Accuracy:

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information (e.g., names, dates of birth, passport details) when booking. The agency is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

8. Limitation of Liability:

  • The agency is not liable for any loss, injury, or damages incurred during travel. This includes, but is not limited to, delays, cancellations, and interruptions caused by weather, political instability, or the actions of third-party service providers.

9. Payment Terms:

  • Full payment for services is required by the deadline specified at the time of booking. Failure to provide payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking.

10. Communication:

  • It is the client's responsibility to respond to all communications from the agency in a timely manner to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
